Refund Policy
The Association of Investment Management Sales Executives (AIMSE) maintains the following Refund/Return policies:
AIMSE Membership
AIMSE does not extend refunds nor does it transfer payments for organization membership dues.
Questions regarding membership, conference and educational seminar payments, including AIMSE charges to credit cards one wishes to dispute, should be directed to the AIMSE Business Office.
Meeting Registration
Refunds will be made if cancellation is received in writing by the announced pre-registration deadline.
All refunds will be processed after the completion of the Annual Meeting and will be assessed a $50 administrative fee.
Refund requests made after the announced pre-registration deadline must be received in writing and may be granted on a case-by-case basis, subject to all policies and procedures outlined for pre-registration deadline refunds.
