Welcome to AIMSE International – Covering Europe

AIMSE is the only not-for-profit organisation dedicated to serving the professional needs of investment management sales and marketing professionals worldwide.

AIMSE was founded in the United States in 1977 to further the professional development of its members and to promote growth of the profession as a whole.

AIMSE International was founded in 1988. Membership has grown to include members from most European countries including the UK, The Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Spain and Greece.

AIMSE International membership includes employees of European and Global companies.

Our Mission

AIMSE International is the only professional organisation dedicated to serving the needs of investment management marketing, sales and client servicing professionals worldwide.

Our mission is to provide educational forums for executives employed in the investment management marketing, sales and client services worldwide.

AIMSE fosters high ethical and professional standards among our members regarding representation of investment products and services, with an emphasis on improving our skills, enabling us to adapt to the changing needs of the clients and the marketplace.

Our Objectives

  • To provide forums in which to develop the professionalism of the members regarding the representation of investment products and services.

  • To educate members in improving their knowledge and understanding of the marketplace.

  • To help members better understand the needs and requirements of their clients.

  • To provide members with opportunities to develop and refine their sales and marketing skills.

  • To provide general information to members about developments and changes in the industry which will affect individual members and the industry as a whole.

  • To increase the awareness of the highly professional standards by which investment management sales and marketing executives are judged.
