Mentoring ProgramTo bridge the gap between new members and seasoned veterans, AIMSE encourages and welcomes members of all stages of their careers to participate in the Mentoring Program. Participation provides new members and those that are in the early stages of their careers to be matched with industry veterans to learn first-had the tools of the trade, what it takes to be successful, and what pitfalls to avoid. Mentor events are held in conjunction with the AIMSE Annual Marketing & Sales Conference each Spring and on ad hoc basis.
